Welcome

to Bishop Wilson Primary

Proudly federated with Christ Church CE Primary School and

working in Partnership with Neston High School.

Bishop Wilson CE Primary School has a long history of high quality education.  We continue this tradition by providing today’s children with an enjoyable and enriching experience which equips them for lifelong learning and provides them with the desire and ability to have a positive impact on the lives of others.

In order to achieve this, we use the bible quote ‘The joy of the Lord is your strength’ as our inspiration, developing the idea that with God by ourside we can achieve wonderful things for ourselves and others.  We promote the Christian values of hope, thankfulness, peace, compassion, service and justice.  We also provide a broad and engaging curriculum which promotes communication, exploring, reading and believing throughout. We encourage the involvement of parents, and believe that the development of a partnership between home and school is vital to the success of a child’s education.  We also work closely with our local church and community.

As a part of the local church and village communities, we aim to provide a stimulating and safe environment where all children can reach their potential, not only academically, but socially, physically, emotionally and morally.  We hope that children who begin their education with us will develop independence of thought, a love of learning and a quiet confidence in their own ability, which in turn will enable them to succeed in the future for themselves and for others.

The best way to find out about our school is to come and see us for yourselves.  We welcome parents and carers who wish to look around our school or talk to us.  To do this please contact Mrs Vicky Johnson by telephone (0151 336 3396) or email (admin@bishopwilson.cheshire.sch.uk) to arrange a mutually convenient time.

We look forward to meeting you!

Mrs Freda Davies (Executive Headteacher) and Mrs Suzanne Roberts (Head of School).
